Kadeau opened in 2007 on the very southern tip of Bornholm. The restaurant pays tribute to the traditions and beauty of the island through its food.
Kadeau Bornholm was awarded a Michelin star in 2016.
Nicolai Nørregaard (born 1979) is the head chef and founder of the restaurant Kadeau, on Bornholm and in Copenhagen. Both restaurants are run jointly with his childhood friends Rasmus Kofoed and Magnus Klein Kofoed.
