Welcome to Guest Appearance by Kadeau!

With a dinner menu created by the restaurant Kadeau, you will hear stories about foraging, produce, sustainability and design in the Pavilion on the square in front of the National Museum.
 
The meeting point is the Pavilion in the museum square. Drinks that pair with the menu will be available to order when purchasing your ticket. You must be over the age of 18 to buy alcoholic beverages.

With the exhibition “New Nordic. Food, Aesthetics and Place”, the National Museum shows how a distinctive Nordic aesthetic based on local ingredients and natural materials has established itself across architecture, design, crafts, art and food culture over the past 20 years.

The exhibition is presented both inside the museum and in a specially built pavilion in the square outside the museum.

Kadeau opened in 2007 on the very southern tip of Bornholm. The restaurant pays tribute to the traditions and beauty of the island through its food.
Kadeau Bornholm was awarded a Michelin star in 2016.

Nicolai Nørregaard (born 1979) is the head chef and founder of the restaurant Kadeau, on Bornholm and in Copenhagen. Both restaurants are run jointly with his childhood friends Rasmus Kofoed and Magnus Klein Kofoed.
