To bring the art collection to a broader audience, each year we produce a number of touring exhibitions that visit every part of Norway.
The Gallery Network is an informal network of art societies, art and cultural centres and museums that work together to host the National Museum’s touring exhibitions. The network helps to reinforce cooperation between art institutions and to highlight the role of the National Museum as an institution for the nation as a whole.
