Having trouble logging in? Here you will find help with the most common issues related to your membership, password, and the National Museum app.

1. How to create a password

This step applies if you bought your membership at the ticket counter or in the museum shop and haven’t yet created a password.

Go to this page to create your password.
Enter your email: Type the email address you used when you became a member and click “Reset password.”
Receive a new email: We will send you an email with a link to create your password.
Create your password: Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a secure password.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once you have a password, you can easily log in to view your membership card and manage your membership.

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply create a new one. Follow these steps:

Go to this page to reset your password.
Enter your email: Type the email address you used when you became a member and click “Reset password”.
Receive a new email: We’ll send you an email with a link to create your password.
Create your password: Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a secure password.

The app is the easiest way to always keep your membership card with you.

On your mobile device, go to this page and download the app for iPhone or Android.
Log in as a member:
Open the app and go to the “My Page" tab.
Tap Membership Card
Use the same email address and password as on the website.
Your card is ready: Your digital membership card is now available in the app and can be used at the entrance.
