We've been lucky enough to collaborate with the renowned pastry chef Sverre Sætre who focuses on natural raw and seasonal products. Sverre has won both the Culinary World Cup and the Culinary Olympics with the Norwegian Culinary Team, and makes tons of delicious things in his patisserie in Oslo.
