Grand Hall
The Grand Hall is located on the first floor of the National Museum. With its flexibility, the hall can accommodate up to 230 people depending on the nature of the event. The location allows for the use of both the museum's main entrance and a separate entrance from Dronning Mauds gate for a more secluded access. The venue features beautiful materials such as light and dark oak in combination, and our own museum furniture designed by Andreas Engesvik. The PA system of type Tannoy AMS 8DC is built into the ceiling, providing good and even sound throughout the room.
The Grand Hall can be divided into two rooms with a soundproof partition wall. This wall has the same design of the same dark oak as the other walls. Outside the hall, there is a common mingling area for breaks or gatherings, facilitating a seamless transition between different phases of the event.

- 2 motorized screens and Panasonic PT-RCQ10 projectors that can be raised into the ceiling, so they are hidden when not in use
- Hall B has three motorized tracks and pipes with a strong weight limit, allowing for additional lighting to be installed
