1. Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable.

Exceptions apply to events canceled or moved, according to the organiser's regulations. Contact billett@nasjonalmuseet.no if you have any questions.

2. Visit

Visitors are obliged to follow the museum’s safety measures at all times. The measures are enforced by security personnel.

3. Delivery

Our goods are dispatched within 5–7 working days after receiving the order.

We only offer delivery within Norway for private costumers.

4. Business customers

We offer delivery both domestically and abroad for business customers. Contact butikk@nasjonalmuseet.no for assistance.

5. Shipping

Our products are dispatched by the National Museum and shipped by Bring.

You will receive an SMS or collection note when the package is ready for collection, if it is too large to be delivered in a letterbox. The shipping cost per shipment is NOK 69. Free shipping for orders over NOK 600.

6. Membership

Members get access to discounted prices in the online store. Sign in to see the discounts.

Membership is personal, and authentication is required to access the discounts.

7. Right of cancellation

The right of cancellation applies within 14 days after receiving the item.

To exercise the right of cancellation, return the item in the same condition as you received it, and attach a completed cancellation form. Buyer covers return postage.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the purchase of tickets.

8. Returns

Report any defects in writing by e-mail to nettbutikk@nasjonalmuseet.no within a reasonable time after discovery.

The National Museum will provide information on further procedures.

9. Personal data

The National Museum's online store processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Act.

Personal information is not shared with other businesses or external registers.

10. Card information

Payments are processed by Quickpay, a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard.

Card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.
